The people were nice enough ... but ... what's the point of scheduling a 1:30 appointment for a simple oil change and 2 1/2 hours later it still wasn't completed yet !!!

This was tte worse experience ever, I drove 6.5 hours to buy a car just because i wanted my father to be part of that big step in my life, but JOSE GARCIA the sales manager of this store transformed that special day in the worse nightmare of my life... he kicked my father and I out of his office like we were criminal. I bought a 2015 Toyota Camry LE on 10/19/2016 from Hudson Toyota Jersey City NJ 07034 Had some issues with the keys and registration tags
Service department staff is great but the wait time washes that away!!
