Greig is an absolute legend! He helped us so much in the process of part exchanging our previous car with our new one! I booked to go see the liquidyellow renault sport clio edc today and was left bitterly disappointed!! The car looked good on the advert but not in person. There was no mention of roof damage/dent and scratch on the car before I left to go see the car. Having traveled over 2 and a half hours doing over 130miles to notice this I was left extremely disappointed. If half a star was possible I would. At first Greg was polite and helped get me in my new Audi. Since leaving the forecourt at Hudson Autos I’ve had nothing but issues with the car that I’d immediately made Greg aware of. He did nothing to contribute towards fixing the issues I’ve had and then tried to say that it was “wear and tear”. After then trying to contact Greg again he blocked my number and avoided my calls and messages….Poor customer service and overall shocking attitude to selling a duff motor…. Purchased an m135i from Greig and had a seamless experience from the off. Great communication and even collected me from the train station, and called me a couple of hours after to make sure I was happy with the car and I got home safe. Excellent service and I would have no hesitation in recommending him or using Greig again.
