It has been a year now that I have been with hudgells solicitors to do my claim. And I can honestly say I have had great communication with my solicitor Tina. She has been so amazing and supportive in regards to my injury. Couldnt ask for better. Even though we still are to finish the claim I am very pleased with the out come so far. Very poor service. Don't waste your time with this firm as they aren't interested in helping people (even if you have irrefutable evidence) they will not take on the police.
I was support by hudgell solicitors in a medical negligence case and they were brillant. Highly recommend the for any case.
Not a great experience, and a waste of time. Suggests they are a firm that deals with injury, specifically hotel accidents abroad involving a slip trip or fall. Then inform you they can't take your claim as they don't have jurisdiction to act in France.
This company try to protect the NHS from being sued, I rung them up asking to employ a solicitor to come to court with me as I have already processed court proceedings as well as fees and have all the medical records for the case so whoever comes to court with me has no donkey work to do and all they can do is feed me a load excuses and reasons why they can't get involved.
