The team down at Hucknall lane service centre are not only fast but are super helpful and managed to squeeze us in to accommodate our schedule. The friendly welcome as we arrived for drop off and pick up is a credit to the reputation they hold. Will not hesitate to use them everytime we need a vehicle looked after. And looked after is what you get on both service and price they are very reasonable.
Diabolical service- Avoid.
I would highly recommend this company due to their honesty and professionalism. New to the area I was anxious where to take my car. However they delivered a remarkable job. Without a doubt outstanding customer service. Clearly highly skilled, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Overall a pleasant company to take your car.
They had my car for a few weeks as it needed some welding doing for the MOT. I called in on my way home from work to see how progress was going and it was slow. When the welding was done I asked for the MOT to be done they refused and parked my car outside and said I needed to pay the bill before they would release the car. I paid and took it straight for an MOT up the road and it failed on the poor quality of welding. The MOT tester said he had not seen such poor work. Better places in Hucknall.
