Korey Owens provided a world class experience for me, Bought a used Altima a while back and korey was very knowledgeable and knew his product. He took care of me when I had questions and not only did he present and show me his product but he also created a long term Amigo. He asked about my life and seemed very interested! Great initial purchase experience, came in for first oil change. Might be the last oil change they do wow slow... granted I came in early for my appt. 25 min early going on an hour and 25 for the oil change/tire rotation not super thrilled with that. Top all of this off and the service guy is blowing me static for being early saying that they "hate to penalize me for being early but they are working on other cars" dude I'm clear but Geez.
I am so happy I switched to hublar Nissan! I bought my car at Tom Wood and needless to say they wouldn't listen to my concerns. Hublar did and replaced the back of camera I had been complaining about for almost a year! After taking one look at it! Tom wood kept saying nothing was wrong.... Rob, the ladies in service and the mechanic are amazing!! Best service I have ever had!! Thanks for a speedy delivery of my car!!
