The service that Hubler has is the WORST that I have ever seen in my life, the call and say the parts are in and you drive to them and then the don't have all the parts, and then the parts they do have they don't have the tools to change the part.. Then they keep your car tied up for 3 days and you still have to bring in when they get the rest of the parts.. I had Charles and Mike taking care of my very picky needs and difficult trade. I am SOO excited that they got me into my new Altima! They were very patient with me seeing this is my very first new car purchase and were very kind about taking the time to answer all of my questions and explaining everything I didn't know about the loan and details of my warranty. THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, they have no trouble lying to sell a vehicle. We got a good vehicle from this place and our salesman was beyond helpful and nice but they gave us false information several times causing us to wait 3 days to leave with our vehicle because each day we came to get it some we didn't have some type of paperwork that was never mentioned to us.l and when I tried to speak to a manager about the problem he treated me disrespectfully and was very rude.
