Terrible service department. Speaker wasn't working on my 2016. Technician left the door panel not fully attached. Second trip needed the navigation system replaced. Technician left interior surround panels off. All of this I noticed because I check. Most people don't check things because the assume it was done correctly! They must have inexperienced techs there. I will be taking my car to Tom Wood next time to give them a chance.
My sales experience was 5 star. However, I went in today for my first oil change. On my way to work tonight, my car started smoking. I pulled over, opened the hood and the oil cap was sitting on my air filter. All the smoke was due to oil burning off that had spewed all over my engine. I will not be returning for any other service that is not covered under my warranty.
I was extremely happy with the service I received from Hubler. They worked with me because of my work hours and was very flexible with getting my service completed. Thanks for your help.
Disappointed to say the least, they said that the would buy out our lease, but instead tacked on the difference by taking our rebates away. You just lost a returning customer!
The service department here is "top of the line" when it comes to service. Kevin, the manager, is great when it comes to keeping your vehicle in great shape. My thanks goes to him and Mark. Keep up your good work!
