⭐ 1-Star Review Very disappointing experience. The reception staff were rude and didn’t explain things properly before signing me up. Instead of offering a free day pass, they just asked if I wanted to join after a quick walk-around and told me to “enjoy my day.” But when I went to the spa, the receptionist said I had to book online and couldn’t use it at any time I wanted. Rang up to get a membership the guy on the phone said before anything come try us I told him me and my friend was intrested they let us in the gym but dint let us use the spa we couldn’t shower and we had somewhere to be now we stink like the changing rooms in there don’t rely on these very unprofessional the guy told us come in on his day off and not told no one 😂 then they try charging us £20 each to us them 🤣
1 star because the building didnt fall down, other than that, i would not go back if they paid me to the facilities are shocking
I visited this place last week while looking to get an office for my newly started business. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I waited at the reception for several minutes, but no one was there to assist. I then walked over to the food area—still no staff in sight. It left me wondering how this place is even operating. Not a good first impression, especially for a business setting.
