Having a problem with a stopcock not working, phoned as was dealt with very quickly. Lady answered my call and was very polite and courteous. Plumber was sent and again very polite and dealt with the problem. Thank you Barry (plumber) and lady who answered my e-mail and telephone call
Absolutely terrible company left without heating 6 days so far because they overwhelmed. Not enough staff. The wait time for repairs is terrible.
Always come out quick and do the job, and a special thanks to Michelle who is on the phones, so polite and helpful so thank you.
So hit n miss with hts when a worker actually comes out there really polite n helpful . But raising a job getting done like blood from a stone
