They are not professionals. My husband brought a 22 carat half sovereign in for valuation and they told him it’s gold plated. Brought it to a real jeweller who said it was gold and they offered him 1500 for it.
Very rude staff I came in to buy a 1200£ chain they did not even say hello age said ( we can't do nothing as we do stocktake)
