Went in this afternoon to obtain some euros met Sue a lovely helpful lady very knowledgeable and polite 5 star experience will certainly be going back and recommending others thank you

I went into this shop today, xmas eve, i bought my daughter a necklace a few weeks ago from warren james, but a didnt check it straight away, so when i did today the chain was knotted, so i asked the lady in this shop if she could un knot it for me, she did it straight away, and was lovely and polite, her customer service skills were excellent, just want to say thankyou for helping me,
excellent service from staff, very helpful and polite, will shop there again.
