I have been to this place twice and have had the utmost best customer service from Kay. She really values the customer and makes me feel comfortable to ask her any questions. Please do not buy from here I bought a 9ct gold cross necklace and bracelet and within a week it started to tarnish although I was reassured that it would not. I got the bracelet from a different branch in Woolwich. However I am giving this branch the 1 star review because the customer service was horrible no apology or explanation on why this may have happened.
