A special thanks to Debbie, who also gave me a near heart-attack!! She took valuable time to sort out the finer details on a watch because she had to get to the serial number etc. Then, she called me to say it was only worth £1K but then said she was joking and it was much more!! Awesome service and very friendly lady along with her staff!.

THE MANAGER YWONA IS HISEOUS. I can't believe the way she speaks to people. She just told me the shop closes in 5mins. I'd already waited 10 and was ignored when I asked the closing time for another customer behind me. My turn she refused to let me get my bullion out and then proceeded to serve the customer behind me. I said something and she shouted in front of x3 staff and x5 customers "YOU ALWAYS COME IN HERE ALL THE TIME" !!?? WTH IS SHE SAYING?? I HAVE £1000S IN THIS SHOP.
