Great customer service , polite and friendly Sam , Megan and Maisy great bunch of girls
Went in a couple weeks ago, got served by assistant manager Lucy, Lucy went above and beyond to help me, she’s was very caring and kind and very professional, would recommend if you go to this shop to ask for Lucy, as the other members of staff didn’t have a clue what they were doing, I can see why Lucy is an assistant manager, thank you for all your hard work and making is shop a better place.
Megan was lovely and belpfull also helped untangle my chain
H&T pawn brokers are an absolute joke, my partner took a check in there to cash in, the manager of the store was very rude and picky with us about everything we needed and made it extremely difficult for us to do it, we got all the documents they needed and went back in and they were able to scan them all in and gave us the money for the check. A few days later the lady that casged the check kept calling us over and over and said she didn't scan the documents correctly and wanted us to come back in so they could rescan them ... read more
