Staff are pleasant but the offer on gold was pretty bad. I was told 9ct gold price was £28 a gram then offered me £250 for 15 grams. Went elsewhere and the offer was £410.

Fantastic store and the staff are absolutely amazing. Told me about everything they offer, will definitely use this shop again
Used these guys for a while on currency exchange, always have the better rates, but be careful as I've just discovered afterwards they added £3.95 on top for buy back guarantee which was not discussed when purchasing currency!
