Hi my name Is Sayeeda firstly I want want say that I been visits 3 of your branches but I must say that green street branch is best of themy.I had a wonderful experience with Shraddha. She was very patient, listened carefully to my concerns, and made sure everything was taken care of. Her professionalism and friendliness made the interaction very pleasant
We super upset with the attitude and the customer service of Shraddha Mehta. She was so rude, arrogant, not at all helpful. On top of it she started speaking Hindi or Urdu during the conversation which is a bit confusing. If a customer is asking for any information she gets pissed and speaking very rudely and offensive. If there is a ZERO rating option I’m gonna give that only because of her.
I am very happy finally i bought 23.4 ct of gold. I don't have to go thailand to purchase 23ct gold jewelleries. Xx for your help
