Tried to change Sterling to Euro on the website, as it was showing the best rate out there. After several tries over a couple of hours, this wasn't possible. After trying to change money at the shop, the scam fell apart for them. So after being led to believe their rate was way above even the big names online. Once at the shop with money in hand you learn the rate is way below EVERYBODY. Luckily for me, I didn't have to change the money there n then, so I left with a smile.
