Bought quite a few gold coins from here and found to be OK.However I went in to sell some gold coins and was offered less than half value. I walked just down the high street and was given the true value. Will never buy anything ever again from this shop. If you want to sell I advise you to go elsewhere.
The staff is extremely polite. Congratulations for that.now the reason I'm going to give 1 star is because I think they are not properly trained to check gold or they not having the right tools. I took a 23 karat necklace to be checked and I've been told is 18.I definitely know is 23.Before I took twice the same ring :once they said 22 second time 18.I don't know if that's on purpose to scam people or is just their lack of tools or training.
