Steph was a great help had a laugh with her whilst she processed my gold . She gave me a fair price didn't try and lowball me like other pawnbrokers. She let me know about all the services they provide. Also warmed me about carrying cash around and even said I could remain in the shop as a dodgy bloke approached me asking for a lighter after seeing me put some cash in my pocket. Sell bracelets online which are the wrong size as they advertise them at! Ordered a belcher which was suppose to be 20.5cm however it is 23cm 🙄 item was sent back, they also advertise they will refund you on return postage fees for damaged items, wrong items etc, but refusing to pay the return postage even though the item I bought was obviously advertised wrong. And they also take forever to send your item out. Avoid at all costs !!!
Ive been their customer for over 4yrs,Lovely staff, brilliant in everything. always there when I need extra cash, very helpful manager stuti, and her staff are always welcome customers with greetings. Great teamwork, great people.
