Called into this shop on Saturday and had an extended conversation with Samir (hope I got your name right) he tested some gold items I was looking to sell, I was going to try a few other places, but decided to proceed with H&T as the offer made, I felt was very fair, and also received excellent customer service, I would not hesitate to use this company again “well done Samir”
Brilliant customr service. Friendly, and they bothrd to call up the othr branches instead up jst tell me to check the othr stores whn they didn't hve wht I was lookng for.
