AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! 0/5 STARS!!! Visited this branch recently for a loan, the jewellery was tested, was told it wasn't authentic, mind you, I brought the jewellery from The Jewellery Quarter! Was also given a quote £200 less as I wasn't a "regular costumer". The jewellery was retested by David (manager) surprise surprise, the jewellery was authentic! Stick with the City Centre branches. I disagree with some of the reviews on here. That was my first visit to this Birmingham pawnbroker. However, the welcome as I entered the building, wasn’t the best. But, it’s expected as security & safety measures are extremely important. The staff must feel safe and secure when dealing with customers. Please make it more strict to enforce security standards.
