AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! 0/5 STARS!!! Visited this branch recently for a loan, the jewellery was tested, was told it wasn't authentic, mind you, I brought the jewellery from The Jewellery Quarter! Was also given a quote £200 less as I wasn't a "regular costumer". The jewellery was retested by David (manager) surprise surprise, the jewellery was authentic! Stick with the City Centre branches.
