Denise is the kind of gentle soul that you want to deal with when you fall on hard times. She understands that behind every person needing to sell something theres an often sad story, as to why they’re selling. I want to thank Denise for being so truly lovely!
Queue jumping is normal here, second time it happens to me in that place. They allowed for a woman with a pram to rudely push in front of me instead of queuing respectfully like everyone else. Lack of customer service. Won't be stepping there again - go next door.
Denise went above and beyond today brought a pair of earrings thought they were broken phoned up and spoke to Denise she said pop back in we did later that day and wow what a lovely lady she is the earrings were not broken just needed a professional touch which Denise was more than happy to do walked out with a very happy daughter 😊
Denise was a joy. She was so friendly, attentive and helpful whilst my mum and I went in to browse and buy a ring. Brilliant customer service.
