I wanted to sell my Cartier ring, and the worker told me she has to run a test on it before going any further (without mentioning the test she will run will damage my ring and leave scratches and visible marks on it when she used acid and other substances on it that I wasn’t told about.) I respectfully told them to clean it for me and give it back in the same condition I have it to them in the first place and she started being disrespectful and tried to argue with me. I do not recommend this place!!!
Very rude receptionist at the front desk very bad attitude and they look down upon people they only wanted to give me £30 for my jury and when I took it to another store I got £55 They made me feel uncomfortable, they have bad customer service are very bad energy not very kind people at all I will never go here again
Brad and Linda are lovely people with good customer service with a goodsmile and always give u the best service, when u step in the leyton store.i will continue coming back. Keep up the good work ,Well done guys.😁.
Very nice and professional staff, I did some fix transactions with Andreea, I really liked how knowledgeable and patient she was. Will definitely going to use their services again and recommend to all my friends !!
