If I could give no stars and be able to leave a review I would. Absolutely shocking the rip off in there. I took my jewellery chain and full sovereign coin 22ct in to be priced, I already knew the scrap value was £826 today and was offered £520. They would not admit the value they priced on the 22ct sovereign stating they already offer more then normal. After working it out - £240 for a full sovereign full hall marked is shocking. Came into the Longside store to sell a lot of jewellery all little bits and bobs and without complaint the ladies marcella and debs got to work on all the items they are very professional friendly and polite I would recommend anyone to come here as they are so helpful
The staff explored every avenue they could to help me when I really needed somebody to not just fob me off like a lot of places seem to delight in doing. The two ladies that assisted me today were absolutely lovely, friendly, non-judgemental and (sadly this is something lacking as a whole these days) they actually cared.
