I’ve found staff members are very friendly, helpful and supportive. Not had any issues when encountering the lovely ladies who serve customers in this place. Dealt with Elena, who tried her upmost to help.. She gave me an advice on unwanted item which I have recently purchased. She recommended a few places to sell the item. I’ve already left a feedback on your main website & made a promise to Elena I will be writing a honest review on google.
Very bad experience trying to buy US dollars from them .I waited 2 weeks for my order to come and nothing happened. I feel the girls sitting there are useless .
Just very high interest , bad customer service so mean with customer over phone and after I pay my gold online after 2 days still I can’t collect my gold
