H&T told me that my bracelet was plated however I took it to a reputable jewellers and was offered £800. Poor advice to potential customers and lack of knowledge from staff.

Offer rubbish prices for gold. Very friendly staff though which is good but if you're looking to sell gold I wouldn't go there as they'll rip you off. Although the lady in the shop was very helpful & polite but the pawn broker itself is rubbish.
Always nice and welcoming when you try to go in at 9:05 and clearly see a lady at the counter but the doors were closed. Then she disappeared and 2 mins later I can see her looking by the back door? Really good customer service that 👍 hire staff that can be prompt with open and close times
