I'm a regular customer of H and T...very helpful and welcoming staff at The Chalkfarm Branch and the staff at #139 and # 9 Kilburn High Road. Today I took a friend to the branch at number 63 to carry out a few transactions and we were greeted with the most impolite staff. Customer Service Goes a long way but it seems they may need some more Customer Service Training....I will be forwarding this review to Trustpilot
I usually go to this branch to send some money back home, the staff always very friendly and welcoming. Congratulations, lovely ladies Madhavi, Clara and Raj 👍🏼
After I spent 15 minutes in the store and having been asked million questions regarding a single western union money collection. The clerk could not complete the transaction as there was no toner on the printer. Useless service and waste of time. Why don’t you check your appliances before to start your shift? Read more review about them finding just excuses to refuse payment. I will raise this to western union directly.
