Not impressed staff were fine polite and het but the prices offered were an insult about half if true value even for scrap
Fabulous friendly staff. Plenty of choice. Bit pricey
I had an appalling experience with them. As I was trying to buy a gold item, the lady I interacted with, judged me based on my looks and refused to interact with me unless I gave her my ID (to keep for the duration of the interaction). Never have I felt so humiliated and discriminated against as I did today. Furthermore, they sell 2nd-hand gold at 35% more than the current gold price (22 Carat). Avoid them!
