The manager was really rude the way she spoke to me and the evil looks she gave me when I said no to selling as they was under cutting me big time they gave me £70 for 2.56 grams of 18ct gold ring took to another one in town and got £110 for the ring they UNDER CUT EVERYONE will never visit again
Excellent, professional, courteous, helpful and friendly service at this Crawley branch. Dealing with Erica was a most pleasant and enjoyable experience. 5 star service.
Online info does not work it says incorrect agreement # I called to try and find out some info and was spoken to by Graham like I am stupid!!! I do happen to know that my name starts with a capital letter.....graham thought I needed to be told after 40 years that my name starts with a capital letter.
