I've used these for years and can honestly say the staff are always friendly and helpful.
Absolutely rude staff (larger lady with bald head). I don’t understand why people choose a career in dealing with customers if you don’t even have the basics to be polite. Manners cost nothing!!! Walk in and I get an abrupt “can I help”! I inform her that my currency order is here and without even asking my name or ref number she said “it’s not here yet”!!!
