Hello I buy from here 1 chain they say is gold and was gold real was fake !! I was there for give me money back or give me other jewellery and they say not find my receipt but they have my receipt and my order in them computer ! Shame !! How lie people !!!!!
Very helpful staff!! I wanted to buy a necklace for my partner’s birthday, however they needed my ID which I didn’t have, but offered to pay for the item, as i had to buy it last minute. The lady was super nice, and still showed me through their small window 2 items to compare, I ended up buying the one she recommended and my partner is in love with the necklace!! Thank you!! I am so sad i did not catch her name 😢
