Went in today looking to buy a bracelet for myself. Staff were friendly. Unfortunately there was not much gents jewellery at all. Did manage to purchase a ring. Fiona was nice and friendly and on that basis I would return. Need a better selection of goods for sale.

Gave incorrect information re luxury handbag verification. They simply do not have the knowledge, technology or expertise. Went to Posh Pawn in London instead who were happy to help and are able to verify new LV bags with microchips 😂
