Is lady r to lazi she can't work fast she is spending to much in one costmar so no body go there so many costmar going back is to lazy stuff

I didn't like the way a member of staff served me and found her rude. I did make a formal complaint but it was a waste of time.
Police where there acting with the usual aggressive tactics they had a 78 year old man handcuffed behind his back in pain.
