I took a loan of 2,400 at H&T Lewisham branch with the rate of 10.5%. Imagine my surprise when I noticed my neighbour secured the identical amount at just 1.5% that is over 7 times the interest I am paying. I feel like unfair, definitely not the experience I was looking for. I would stay away from this business. I expect to be treated fairly
Popped in with various bits of jewellery that were no longer wanted but had no experience of selling this way. Polly assisted me and was very helpful, professional and gave great service. I would recommend her.
I always use the Lewisham store for travel money. The manager Polly is so friendly and helpful. Much deserved 5 stars
Opened late maybe a staffing issue but the two people working a man and a woman who had been bought In to cover. The woman couldn’t see anything and was more concerned about her hair. 10 people waiting while the man was on the phone. It’s a shambles don’t go near today. I’m hoping to collect a ring I bought and had it delivered to the shop. Let’s see if they can do that because between them I don’t hold out much hope.
Polly was fantastic and made me feel comfortable and explained everything with patience and kindness
