Bought a great watch, but unfortunately had issues with it involving the date movement. In total my watch has been away for 15 weeks over two periods (currently away for 12 weeks) and still no closer to it being on my hands again. Would love to score H and T higher, but the after service is severely lacking, sorry can only be said so many times... I would prefer action! Update: My watch has been returned to me fixed and with an extended warranty. All is working well so the review is now 3 stars not 1.

I am a returning customer that has bought gold rings from the store in the past. I bought gold 7 day before this incident, not once have I been asked for any kind of ID to View any gold rings not just this store either Most of the time I wear smart casual but this time I entered the store in a tracksuit then all of a sudden they want to see my ID before I view any rings .
