Not happy been using this branch and others for years, wanted to change baht that I got from travel Fx, the store wouldn’t accept some of the notes, saying they ain’t on there system?! The notes were genuine, they wouldn’t accept them as it was the old king, I then went to their branch in welling where they were accepted, how’s this to treat a regular customer of 20 years? Sent the partner in to get credit against a full gold pamp box, they wanted to rip the individual packets open open despite all the security features, which would destroy the premium vaule. Also said it was only worth £700 despite being worth £1250 scrap at the time and around £1700 with the premium. (Full 25 1gram 999gold) Not only did they have zero knowledge on the worth of the 24kt gold (in scrap) but they clearly don't do credit against the vaule.
