Worst service ever. My transfer was cancelled and refunded due to their mistake, but they never told me. I wasted 10 days chasing updates with zero help. The employee, MIKE, was incredibly rude and refused all assistance. When I told him I was dyslexic, he laughed and rolled his eyes at me! To see a business mock a customer's disability is absolutely appalling and unethical. I question this company's legitimacy and urge everyone to avoid them.
Very thorough valuations, patient, approachable and friendly staff, Alex D-S. was meticulous and very politely helped with a genuine enthusiasm and interest. Highly recommend in giving a renewed life to old boxes found in the back of the drawer!
I had a very pleasant experience here. I bought a beautiful Tag Heuer and Mike was extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely buy another watch via this branch.
