Having been going to this shop for a number of years (pawning all of my gold to them), after my last 2 visits being very unpleasant (rude temporary staff from Bexleyheath branch), I will not be returning. Jade (who has sadly left this branch) was always amazing to deal with, very helpful and very friendly. Elena also lovely… thank you both for everything you have done in the past, and sorry that your recent staff have let your team down But I’ll be taking my business elsewhere going forward.
This is a complete and utter rip off shop , took my 2, 1oz gold bars and a 1oz platinum bat to sell and they offered me a pathetic £2,390 , so I sold it to “ bullions by post” ok cost me £21.50 in postage, with insurance by special delivery , but I got a proper price of £3,786.19p , think twice about selling your gold or other precious metals to this shop, they will rip you off by hundreds, in my case over a thousand pounds
I have been using H&T Sidcup for a few years now, and the service I receive is outstanding, the staff make the whole process very smooth and explain everything in detail. The customer service is exceptional. A big thank you to Jade, and all the staff at this store. Overall, my experience was outstanding, I highly recommend this store.
