My experience with them has been very frustrating. A friend of mine has got a loan from Lewisham branch with 1.5%, but when I asked for the same rate I was denied. Yesterday I was offered 3% in this branch. To make it worse, when I called the call centre, I received completely different answers, one told me 10.40 something percent, another 3%.
