Never saw a rude customer service as this one walked in they making money of me and on top giving me very bad customer service and bad attitude I will raise a formal complaint about it
I’ve had such great experiences at this currency exchange shop! The staff are always so lovely, welcoming, and friendly, and they do their job really well. Last time, an Eastern European gentleman helped me and he was incredibly nice and approachable. Today, I exchanged euros to pounds and was served by an English lady with glasses and blue eyes, along with a mixed-race girl and another colleague.
