Staff could not have been more friendly & helpful. Everything was explained, a straightforward process in relation to selling a gold bracelet. Quick, easy & they were so pleasant! It was a Pleasure dealing with them & I was offered a reasonable & fair price in an extremely Professional manner Would definitely use H&T Pontypridd again & recommend them wholeheartedly

AVOID AVOID AVOID, Took my rolex here to sell, woman behind the counter wanted to take it apart even admitted she had no experience whatsoever, I was adamant an unqualified person wasn't taking my rolex apart, was quite pushy, even stating she's seen her boss do it once before, even suggested next door the man who cuts keys could do it and take it apart, Timpsons i think it was.
