This jewellery shop robbed my uncle on his 60th birthday, when he was treating himself to a new gold chain, the woman showed him one for £299 , and Eve helped him put it on , my uncle has learning disability, and could see he had a couple of drinks as it was his 60th , he then tapped his card took the receipt and left, when he looked at the receipt the next day he then see she had charged him £599, when he returned that day the woman completely denied she sold it to him and asked him to leave he then asked for a refund with ... read more
Very upset with this place I asked my mum to take my engagement ring down a while a go, I didn't want them to do tests on it as I knew exactly what it was made of and wrote it down on a piece of paper and still they destroyed my ring it looks so awful they told my mum I was conned absolutely ridiculous considering the value was with the stone itself, don't recommend.
They are really lovely ladies in here and they will try there best to make your experience a good one. I don't advice pawning your jewelry in here thought their rates are to high
I went into the shop 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday to cash a cheque and Kate was very kind and understanding, she helped me in every way she could and had to stay an extra 20 minutes just so I could get paid. Amazing service.
