I had a wonderful experience at H&T Pawnbrokers when collecting a Western Union payment. The staff were lovely, and Tara in particular stood out – she was so kind, polite, and incredibly helpful. She explained everything clearly, handled everything with care, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. Truly excellent customer service – thank you, Tara, for going above and beyond!

Terrible customer service from Alicja, and poor returns policy. Be weary - Don't say you weren't warned.
Incredibly poor value. Offered 40% of the going rate of a gold britannia bullion coin. Lord knows what they'd give you for something without a fixed price. Shysters.
Good exchange rates for foreign currency when booked in advance. Pity my money never arrived and I have been let down. Have no money for my holiday and have now missing money from my bank account.. which hopefully will be refunded asap! Not a call/email to advise of the inconvenience … went into the branch and Jack dealt with me - rude attitude and lacks customer service skills .. safe to say I will not go back!!
