SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE TO SELL GOLD- Disgusting service- went to sell 2.95 grams of 9ct gold which spot price is aprox £32 a gram. I was told I would get £40 for this gold in total Which is valued at £90+ I then queried this to then be told I will make A phone call to head office and see what I can do. After conferring with her manager out back she came back to say yer ok we can do £80. Bit of a difference. Was offered £13.55 a gram of 9ct almost a third of the going rate. The most lovely friendly staff Gemma and clover who put me at ease and were thoroughly professional for my first ever visit to a pawn shop . A good price too much better than boxes or envelopes you send for online.
Would not even cash a cheque even though it was with in the 6 months mark bad service very incompetent unprofessional will delete my account from there be careful everyone.

Absolute con merchants. Try and keep you talking and being way too over friendly whilst offering you half the value of yours items. Offered £500 for two gold sovereigns. Jeweller offered £750. Gold online offered £900. Sold then both on eBay for 480 each. I know they have to make a profit but offering £250 each when they sold for £480 each is an absolute con. Would never go anywhere near ever again. Can’t imagine how many people they rip off. Think they wanted buy one get one free! AVOID! Just sell it online yourself
