when in a transaction with a member of staff who was polite and explained fully, a member of staff came from back room asking if i was alright i replied yes in a quiet calm voice she replied good then told me to shut up, another woman came from the same room and came around into public area going to first womans window talking, she left the store waling up and down front door area, i was speaking to staff member dealing with myself chatting and first , the first member of staff kept shouting across store even when another pe... read more

Natalie is professional,friendly and helpful.She supplied me with info re:sale of cocktail watches which did not benefit her financially .S he did so because she's kind and an absolute credit to H and T.Pawnbrokers don't have the best reputation, Natalie breaks this prejudice. I will use company for other bits and pieces of gold I don't use...thoroughly recommend.
Visited 18th May. "Too busy" to serve us. Rude Sarcastic and Ageist. Never been so annoyed and spoken too in that manner. An hour later my 2 children and 2 friends were served all night to cocktails. Mmmm not a welcoming place. Will never go in there again. Just lost 2 local customers and more when I tell friends etc of our awful experience.
