Very bad valuation, after all prices futures was taken they said they not interested without any further explanation regarding why, item was brought in very good condition.
Pre ordered currency in 5,10, 20 denominations mainly for tips in Barbados and when I went to pick them up I asked if they were as I ordered and was told yes. After paying for them today Tues first by card only to find that there was NO 20’s just lots of 50$ notes and if I wanted a refund I’d have to wait upto 7 days. Was told over phone that they would cash a cheque for me, took all relevant paperwork and ID only to be told when I arrived that they couldn't help me, that was a 30 mile round trip wasted
