I took a ring in today to sell. The staff were extremely helpful in explaining the options. Although I did not go ahead with the sale the staff were still friendly and helpful. If I have anything to sell in the future I will go back.
FYI even to look at a watch you need photographic ID
Upsetting experience, ordered two expensive similar watches in around the 2.5k mark. An hour drive to get there and I arrived 20 minutes before closure, this decision was going to take me less than 5 minutes after a lot of research. I understand it was late in the day but 0 excuse. Was dismissed immediately when I walked into store, wouldn’t show me the watches and couldn’t try them on and was told it was also very late in the day. Do not use to change foreign money to pounds, their exchange rate is abysmal. They let you know how much you will get, but do not tell you the exchange rate. Go to Eurochange or a bank for a much better deal.
