Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! All friendly when taking almost £600 for a apparently new necklace off my young son, (purchased as a gift for me for my Birthday) worn a couple of times, purchased February 2024, clasp ok, failed centre of necklace, been for advise/exchange/repair, to be told it’s 6 months old now so not their problem, take elsewhere as we don’t repair anymore, thanks ☺️ date purchased 26/2/24 so not actually 6 months yet🙄
