Fantastic choice and really friendly staff. I've bought a number of watches and pieces of jewellery from here, and it's all been excellent. The staff are really helpful and are not pushy in the slightest.
Avoid offering £100 less than spot price on gold soverign ,do not sell your gold to them !
Awful treatment.i have logged a complaint I saw a Tag Heuer watch in the window. I have 3 other Tag Watches in my collection and have been looking for another. So I decided I wanted to take a look at this one The guy behind the counter immediately asked me “how much is it” I responded with the price £2.5k - and I proceeded to ask to try it on and take a look at it.
