Joke off a shop went here last month to change some money the website clearly says the shop closes at 5pm I arrived at the shop around 4:40 the door was locked staff was inside they have closed 20 mins earlier! I rang H&T head office they came out with some rubbish about shutters being faulty so they have been closing early........ I raised a complaint and asked them to look into it as they saying one thing and doing another. We seen a bracelet in the window ... went inside shop there was a few people in front of us. When the assistant served us I asked if I could look at the bracelet .. she said she needed photographic I.D. I gave the assistant my driving licence which she took out the back of shop ? When she came to get the bracelet she rolled her eyes at me and asked me to go outside and point in the window...
